We offer any and all of the acrylics available in the market today. The standards are Sunbrella and Dickson. These fabrics are very light weight and incredibly durable for many years of use and color retention. We do not make fabric, but purchase from suppliers that offer five-year prorated warranties against rotting, fading and mildew. Most fabrics will continue to maintain a high quality look and function for 8-10 years, at which time a cleaning or recover is suggested.

Sunbrella - For Sunbrella, Sunbrella Plus, Sunbrella Firesist, Sunbrella Firesist Plus and Sunbrella Supreme the limited warranty coverage runs for five years from the date of original installation.
Dickson - Awning fabric is warranted for five years against rot, mildew, and loss of color or strength. The manufacturers warranty does not cover labor and installation.
